Doer
You know how they say that he who notices the problem is usually the one who's asked to solve it? The same can be said of good ideas. I proposed a funding idea to a group I volunteer with, and the person I suggested it to made noises that sounded like "If the Executive Director likes it, as a volunteer, would you be willing to take it on?" I'm a good idea person, but I am weak in the execution. It's a large part fear, and also a large part not wanting the headaches that come with being in charge.
