One of the wisest things I ever did, was take a typing class in high school. It means that I can touch-type, am not slowed down by hunting and pecking, and that I don’t have to look at the keyboard or screen. I like the feeling of typing, when I’m on a roll and doing a long piece. I like the flow. It’s very Zen, like Chuang Tzu’s meatcarver. You get into the flow of what you’re doing, so much so that you don’t have to think about it. The actions have become part of you, and you of them.
