Opera

A long time ago, in a childhood (sort of) far, far away, someone used to sing in a choir. Granted, it was only a school choir, but this someone was deemed fair enough of voice that she was given solos to sing during graduation ceremonies in a cathedral. Fortunately, the choir loft was hidden away, so stage fright wasn't so much the issue you might think it. It's been decades since then, and having discovered myself possessed of a friend who's a baritone in an opera company, I have decided to re-explore my voice. The first lesson is next Friday.
