Social contract
Frequently, you see commentary from people that say they don’t
understand why political parties (etc.) keep expecting other people to
solve their problems. Which is a skewed way of looking at it, to say the
least. What’s depressing are the number of people who do that, who
demonise the idea of asking for help, even collectively.
The true aim of hyper-individualism is not to promote the person, but
for right-wing and conservative groups to divorce people from a social
contract, from social responsibility, and to put people in a place where
they never blame the system that’s absolutely to blame.
