If you're looking for some ideas on how to up your reading journal game, consider:
- Print out a version of the front cover of the book big enough to cover the whole page and affix it to the left hand page of a two-page entry.
- You could also use a much smaller image of the book's cover, and putting it in the top corner of the left-hand page, use that page for noting your thoughts as well.
- On the right-hand page you can keep your reading notes, quotations, questions, thoughts, reactions, character lists, maps of story info to keep track of relationships, etc.
- You could include scans of parts of the books like images or maps, public reviews, include the dust jacket info, etc.
Notes:
- You could do the same with shows and movies you watch as well, or any other media you consume.
