Using this very handy list provided on Wikipedia - or whatever source you prefer - pick a new music genre to listen to each week - or day, or month, or however many however often you wish.
You could put each genre or style on a separate slip of paper, put them into a jar, mix them up, and choose one at random so it's always a surprise. YouTube is an excellent source of sound as well.
