I recently saw someone ask how much trust costs. I suppose it costs as much as one is willing to let go of to get it, how much pain or joy one is willing to risk, how much of oneself one is willing to let go of and sacrifice. It is not always the cost to oneself you have to consider when talking of the price of trust, it is the cost you exact from others for either giving or getting it yourself that you should consider.
What do you ask of others, exact from them, in order to gain any sense of peace or balance? What is the price of trust? Ask someone who's given their trust to you. Ask someone whom you've hurt. See what they say.
