What's for you: cremation, burial or other? If you care to share, why?
I am for donating all my parts to science, in such a manner that nothing remains for them to attempt to send back to my family and friends a year after my death. (I've heard of this happening.) If I cannot have that, I want organic burial, so that I'm planted whole and without embalming under a tree, where I can quietly rot and return something to the earth without wasting the space of a burial plot and its attendant waste materials. If I can't have that, cremation, hopefully with my misbegotten ashes scattered somewhere appropriate. I dislike burial in the common fashion. They should bury us standing, if they're going to do it at all, like they used to with ancient warriors. It would waste somewhat less space.
