People have comfort foods, things they eat when they need a little inner warmth and solace. I don't really have the comfort food mentality, unless you count tea. But tea is such a part of my existence that I can't term it a comfort food. I do have comfort shows, though; things I'll watch when I need to dispell the gloom or silence. One of them is the fourth Trek film. In fact, most any Trek will do it for me, but mostly the Next Gen series. There's something about the sound of it in the background that's very comfortable.
