I have never figured out why, but when I'm going through a financially broke phase, I tend to crave pineapple and large, pub-style hamburgers. Those are always the first things I think of when I have no money. Though, the past couple of days, I've actually been craving fried chicken also - by which I mean the good stuff, not whatever it is KFC serves and calls fried chicken. That's a whole other entity unto itself. I wonder if I know anyone who knows how to make it, besides my aunt who lives on the other side of the country.
