I am hungry. There is a salad in my fridge. Why am I not getting up to access that salad? I have some dressings, but does lemon garlic dressing belong on a Greek salad? It will have to belong on it, because that's what we are doing today. I have been guilty of an enormous amount of food waste recently, and that has to stop. It was shocking how much I cleaned out of the fridge the other day. I was ashamed of it, ashamed of how much I had bought and let go to waste because takeout was easier.
