Many moons ago someone asked me what I liked or loved when little. I feel there should be more, but memory is not serving. So:
Lite Brite, Lego, Doctor Who, documentaries about the ocean, colouring, going to the library, the travelling ice cream man, going to the pool, musicals, Christmas, listening to the radio, Bugle chips, travelling by train, rollerskating, picking blueberries, Nancy Sinatra's These Boots Are Made For Walkin', my Easy Bake Oven, The Banana Splits, Schoolhouse Rock, reading, counting money, spinach, root beer floats, electric trains, and the area around my first grade school.
AN older list, the date of which I've lost.
- I like postcards, navel oranges, abstract art, speculative fiction, loud guitar, corn bread, black pepper, black ink pens, ruby grapefruit, surprise bags, milk chocolate, puns, warm spring days, a seriously good mindfuck, pre-Moonraker Bond films, the Oxford comma, ice cream, Granny Smith apples, costume drama, to eat sweet things, but I don't like the smell of it on my hands afterwards, like to drink room temperature water in the winter (cold water in summer, don't like carbonated drinks on sticky, hot days), binge-watching old TV shows as background and comfort noise (particularly Cadfael, the first four seasons of Babylon 5, and Veronica Mars), and found object art/poetry.
