It's not hypocritical to purchase things under capitalism, even as a socialist, when that's the only option there is, to work under the only system available. We are not required to follow blindly any system imposed on us and not question how it could be improved. Do you spend your days following everything you're forced to live with and not complain about it, or not want it to be more beneficial to you? If you are complaining, which everyone does, would that not also make you a hypocrite for being so and doing so whilst also decrying it in others?
