Someone asked what was it the electorate wanted if it wasn't Liberals or Conservatives. This was my hastily typed response:
I want a socialist with some economic sense and no patience for racism, bigotry, anti-queer BS, anti-woman BS, and who doesn't treat disabled people like trash, like an afterthought. I want one who'll bring back our crown corporations, build housing, nationalise a grocery chain, phone, and internet. I want one that'll grab the provinces by their balls and force them to fix education and healthcare, or take those files over if provinces don't hop to. I want a fucking miracle.
