Canada comes up on a federal election next year, and potentially also a provincial one in Ontario. Last time, Ontario suffered low voter turnout not only due to a lack of viable choices and crushing disenfranchisement, but also because that disenfranchisement partly stemmed from fewer accessible polling places for the disabled and elderly.
Please, please, please remember that you can do a mail-in ballot. And, if you are in a large enough city to have an Elections Canada/Elections Ontario office, you can also vote there any day during the election cycle plus during advanced polls.
You have options, despite what the Ford government has done to them in the past.
Don't let the status quo turn your choice into a status no. Screw 'em, sideways, with something large and blunt.
