Put together a bag to carry with you of things to keep you from reaching for the digital.
You could add:
- puzzle books, simple art supplies like a sketchbook and pencils (coloured ones too), pocket-sized and one person games, a journal/planner, cards, knitting/crochet supplies, a book/magazines to read, etc.
