Set a small challenge for yourself each day, like learning a new word in English or another language, perform a random act of kindness, or something else.

It doesn't have to be the same thing. You could set yourself the goal of trying something different each day, or choose a theme.

You could also create a 30-day challenge for yourself (or your friends and yourself!) for art, songs, music, self-care, cooking, food, culture, fitness, language, writing, photography, local adventure, travel, or something else. Blog, journal, share the list.
