Gratitude
Gratitude journalling is very popular and can help with mindfulness. But rather than just writing a list of things to be grateful for, or paragraphs, or whatever you're doing, add a creative twist to it like illustrating them or creating a collage about them. You could turn your gratitude list into a thematic scrapbook.
But if you did want to keep a list of things to be grateful for, you could, each day for a year, write down something you're grateful for on a slip of paper and put it into a jar or box that you don't open until the last day of the year. Arrange them into a collage/word cloud or use them for future creative prompts.
