Comms log:

For important meetings, memorable conversations, etc., note the who, what, when, where, why, how, and next steps.

Make some lists for the week:

Mood Board Monday, Task List Tuesday, Wishlist Wednesday, or whatever else you like. Dedicate a page (or three) in your journal for them, and add to them every week.

Archetypes:

For each of whatever set of archetypes you choose to consider - hero, caretaker, explorer, teacher, etc. - list or write about what each of those means to you.

In the news:

Choose a news story to keep a clip of, then find quotations/material from magazines, books, etc. that support, illustrate, counter, enhance, exemplify, etc. it.

Memoranda:

Each week (or every day, or however often you like), write down something memorable on a piece of paper and place it in a jar. At the end of the year, empty the jar and create a narrative, poem, collage, or other piece from the memories.

5 things:

5 things you love, hate, want, need, hope, and are.

Dictionary:

Create a dictionary of words that have significance to you and define them with your own stories, drawings, images, and more.

Prompted:

Create some writing prompts for yourself or others.

Do it:

Do it today. Do it tomorrow. Do it always. Do it never. Do it next. Do it first. Do it last. Do it again.
