  • a notebook (paper or digital)
  • a writing implement of choice


Do:

  • Keep track of everything verbal/textual you encounter throughout the day - like overheard conversation, snippets of text that catch your eye from signage or newspapers, and other types of text verbal or written.
  • Keep collecting until you have enough for your liking.
  • Arrange them into something poetic, or prose.


Notes:

  • don't go looking for the material, just make note of things that catch your attention.
