You will need:
- a large sheet of paper (this will be your "journal")
- writing implements, art supplies (if desired), ephemera, adhesives, etc.
Do:
- Using the paper as your "journal" for the week, month, year, or whatever time period you choose.
- Do all your writing, ephemera saving, collage, swatching, and collecting, etc. on it for that period of time.
- When done, frame it, fold it into a scrapbook, make a zine of it, or burn it if you want.
Notes:
- You could save them all up and make an ever-evolving wall quilt out of them.
