You will need:

  • an image of choice
  • image manipulation software
  • printer (optional)


Do:

  • Choose a self-portrait, something you took outdoors, a still life, something abstract, etc.
  • Create multiple copies of your chosen image, enough to create a grid. Nine is a good number to start with.
  • Putting each through image/photo manipulation software, apply a different filter or process to each - colour shifting, blur, polarisation, saturation shift, etc.


You could:

  • Print the results out and frame them as a wall piece together.
  • Use each image as a prompt for a separate other piece.
